Mr. Neighbour's Gift

I took some fresh picked strawberries, still warm from the sun, over to Mr. Neighbour yesterday, and in return recieved an invitation to 'cut a bouquet' from his abundant peonies! There couldn't be a more thoughtful gift, because while I have been enjoying them from my clothesline perspective, they are even more delightful up close. The fragrance fills our home with sweetness and makes my heart sing!
